Cancellation Policy with Taj Prime Tours
Taj Prime Tours is committed to providing the best quality services to its customers. To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience, we have a cancellation policy in place.
If a customer wishes to cancel their booking, they must inform us of their intention to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure time. We will refund the customer's deposit in full.
If a customer cancels their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure time, they will forfeit their deposit.
In the event of a customer's no-show on the day of the tour, no refunds will be provided.
If Taj Prime Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund to the customer.

Clients are required to pay a cancellation fee as per the following details:
The cancellation fees for any tour shall be calculated based on the date when Taj Prime Tours receives the cancellation request, and will be a percentage of the total price paid for the tour.
If a cancellation is made:
- 30 days or more before the tour begins: no fee will be charged
- 11-29 days before the tour begins: a 30% fee will be charged
- 3-10 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged
- 48 hours or less before the tour begins: a 100% fee will be charged
Note: Tailor-made tours may be subject to different cancellation terms, which will be communicated to clients when the booking is made.
