What Travel Documents Do I Need ?

Passports are one of the most important documents for entry into India, and must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. For citizens from certain countries, the E-Visa facility is available, as long as they apply 72 hours in advance. All other nationals must obtain an Indian visa before entering the country.

What Is the Best Time to Visit India ?

Traveling to India can be a unique experience, depending on which area you'd like to visit. If you're interested in seeing Ladakh or exploring the Himalayas, the best time to go is during the summer months. On the other hand, if you want to explore Rajasthan, Northern India, or Southern India, the winter season (September to March) is the ideal period. Even during the monsoon months (July to September) Northern India and other areas offer great tourism opportunities and the chance to stay at luxury or palace hotels without breaking the bank.

Do I Need Medical/travel Insurance ?

How Can I Book My Tour with You ?

If you would like to book one of our brochure tours, please send us an email with your contact information. We will be able to assist you further with the booking process.

What about Payment Terms ?

Once we have confirmed the arrangements for your tour, an advance amount will be required. This amount will vary depending on the services you require. Payment can be made by bank transfer (prior to arrival), credit card, traveler’s cheque, or cash. The balance of the payment is due before arrival, and exact terms will be provided upon reservation.

What If I Have to Make Any Changes in the Tour for Any Reason ?

We will do our utmost to accommodate your request and not charge any additional fees, unless the principal suppliers impose a penalty for the changes.

Who Will I Meet on My Arrival in India ?

On your arrival at the airport, a representative from our company will be waiting to welcome you. They will be holding a placard with your name on it, to make it easier for you to identify them. Additionally, we will provide you with a list of emergency contact numbers, which you can use in case of any urgent situation.
